Entry-Level Construction Laborer

Interested in construction but don't have much experience? No problem! We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty.

As an Entry-Level Construction Laborer, you'll work alongside experienced crew members on residential construction, remodeling, and property maintenance projects throughout Southeast Minnesota.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with construction, remodeling, and repair projects
  
• Helping with framing, decking, painting, drywall, flooring, and other tasks
  
• Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment
  
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe jobsites
  
• Learning to use hand tools and power tools properly
  
• Following instructions and working collaboratively with the team

What We're Looking For:

• Little to no previous construction experience required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  
• Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
  
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
  
• Must be at least 18 years old
  
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations

• Maintaining jobsite safety, organization, and quality workmanship
• Communicating effectively with team members and company management
• Helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally
